HOA rules come first. Nearly every Southlake home is covered by at least one homeowners association, and many by two. Check your HOA move-in rules and any truck or parking limits before moving day, and send us any certificate of insurance requirements when you book.
Gated communities such as Shady Oaks, Coventry Manor, and Terra Bella need gate access arranged for the truck. Give us the entry details or arrange access with your HOA ahead of time so the movers are not held at the entrance.
Roads change the plan too. SH 114 and Southlake Boulevard carry most of the traffic through town, and TxDOT is converting the center turn lane on Davis Boulevard (FM 1938), between Southlake Boulevard and Emerald Hills Way, into a raised median. That limits left turns into some driveways, so tell us if your home is on Davis and we will plan the truck’s approach.
Summer books up first. Carroll ISD ends its school year in late May and starts again in mid-August, and many Southlake families move in that window. Book two to four weeks ahead, and earlier for a June or July date.
