Customer communication was excellent and the moving team worked efficiently on a 100+ temp moving day. My kitchen table was damaged during the move, and the company had it repaired perfectly and returned to me quickly. I highly recommend this moving company!

We used Brown Box Movers for our move today, going from a larger home to a smaller one and doing quite a bit of downsizing. We thought we had everything packed and ready, but as anyone who has moved knows, there are always those last-minute things! They took great care of our furniture and were very mindful of the walls and our new home throughout the entire move. Jason, Ben and Joseph William helped move my daughter Brittney Berberich yesterday up. All three men were exceptionally Professional, kind, courteous, and hard-working. They took the time to wrap things and place them exactly where Brittney wanted them. The weather was brutally hot, but it didn’t stop them working without a break. We offered them water and lunch, but they refused politely saying thank you ma’am we have a job to do. They even took pictures. I’ve moved several times in the past and have never had such an exceptional experience. These men are an asset to Brown Box Moving company you are fortunate to have such exceptional professionals.
