Storage is used most often between closing dates, while your next home is being renovated, or while downsizing and deciding what to keep. Whatever the reason, the same wooden vault system applies, and there is no minimum length of time required.
Our warehouse is centrally located in Denton, which keeps delivery times short for households across the county rather than adding hours of drive time when your belongings are ready to come back.
Storage is priced based on the space your belongings actually require, confirmed after loading rather than estimated from a guess over the phone.
Short-term storage between closings and long-term storage while you decide on a next step are both available, and pricing is quoted for the length of time you need.
There is no charge for an estimate, and storage can be added to any move without a separate booking process.
Tell us how much you need to store and roughly how long, and we will confirm space and pricing. For short gaps, your belongings can also stay on the truck. As part of your move, we load your belongings into a wooden vault at our warehouse.
The vault is sealed and stored at our climate-controlled Denton warehouse until you are ready. When it is time for delivery, we unload your vault onto our truck, bring everything to you, and place it where you want it.
Your belongings are loaded once and the vault stays sealed until delivery, rather than being unpacked into a unit and repeatedly handled every time something needs to be reached.
As long as you need, from a few days between closings to several months or longer. Pricing is based on the length of time and the space required.

No. Storage is turnkey. Our crew moves your belongings into the warehouse during your move and moves them back out to your new home when you are ready.
We can advise on items that are not suited to long-term storage, such as perishables or certain hazardous materials, when you book.
